It will not be possible to accept any accreditation request after this date.

 

The Media Committee for the Apostolic Visit of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV to Lebanon, from November 30 to December 2 2025, reminds local, Arab, and foreign media institutions (visual, audio, and written) that the deadline for journalists wishing to cover the papal visit is November 20 (inclusive), and that no accreditation requests will be accepted after this date. 

 

The Media Committee notes that the spaces allocated for journalists at the locations His Holiness the Pope will visit are limited, and it will not be possible to accommodate large numbers of journalists. The media center at the Phoenicia Hotel will be equipped with appropriate technical means to stream the live broadcast of His Holiness's visits, along with all necessary facilities. 

 

The Committee called on journalists to understand the arrangements that will be adopted for the circulation of media personnel during the papal visit and to contribute to its success.
